This term refers to a project identified through data gathering efforts and may be found through various data points, such as council meeting minutes (common in smaller municipalities), development applications, amendments to development applications, rezoning applications, OCP applications, development or building permit issuances, or site surveys. This project was observed during our last quarterly site visit as being under construction.
